Annemount School was established in 1936 and welcomes girls and boys from the age of three until they are seven. The school is set in a beautiful garden near Hampstead Heath in Hampstead Garden Suburb, London N2.
The aim of the school is to bring out the individuality of each child so that they can realise their potential with self-discipline and respect. The philosophy of the school is to encourage good character and citizenship so that each individual can be a valued member of the community. The atmosphere at the school is warm, friendly and calm.
The National Curriculum is taught to a high standard. In addition to the curriculum, the children enjoy drama, dance, chess, computing, gym, swimming, yoga and French. We also offer clubs before and after school and during the holidays. Children are taken on outings to places of interest such as concerts, museums, galleries and exhibitions.
Annemount School prepares children for the prestigious, selective London schools and supports families with their applications.

Geraldine talks on Radio London
Geraldine was invited to speak on BBC Radio London again in June on the Vanessa Feltz Breakfast Show discussing behaviour in schools, in response to an article in the TES.
Our school ethos - starting each day with the morning greeting and school song "Do be kind, and be respectful..." were much appreciated by the programme. They even played a recording of our pupils singing the song.
Afterwards the school received a note from Vanessa saying "Thank you for the gorgeous song. We have just played it to huge acclaim. Very best wishes".
Year Two ISA 5-a-side Football Tournament
Annemount School was thrilled to host the ISA London North Under 7s Football Tournament at Powerleague on May 9th. Twelve teams participated and demonstrated impressive team play, sportsmanship and some real skill.
The goalkeepers were alert and saved many a goal and the strikers and defenders worked together to compete for their teams. The finals were cheered on by The Gower School, Mulberry House, Lyonsdown, Lyceum, Charterhouse Square and Avon House Prep-all in good spirit. The winners were Annemount, who not only received the trophy but also a visit and tour of Wembley Stadium!
Congratulations to all the players, each of whom received a medal, awarded by former England player and both a Spurs and Man United legend Teddy Sheringham MBE.
We were honoured to have the trophy awarded by Daryl Janmaat, Dutch professional footballer, who plays as right-back for Premier League Cup Watford and the Netherlands national team. We wish him well for the forthcoming FA Cup Final!
