The health and safety of our pupils, staff and visitors is paramount. Thank you for agreeing to our visitor protocols requiring a lateral flow test as well as a self-certification of good health prior to us welcoming you to the school. 

Please note a lateral flow test should be taken the morning of the visit.  Please enter the test results along with other requested information into the form below.

If you are unwell or the lateral flow test is positive, please contact the school at headteacher@annemount.co.uk to rearrange your visit.
• high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature); • a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual); or • loss of taste or smell.
A Lateral Flow Test is required prior to attending the school.
